MA BIOGRAPHIE

I am currently an associate professor in e-commerce and e-business at the Paris School of Business (AMBA accredited). In addition, I am in charge of the chair D-Cube (Digital - Data - Design).

In addition I give speeches, training, professional conferences and consulting. I have been doing this for more than 10 years in the private sector, in SMEs (micro, small and medium-sized enterprises) and for public institutions. The main topics of my work are: digital transformation, digital strategy, social media (performance and adoption), e-reputation (measurement), engagement (in virtual community) and technology (performance and adoption).

I hold a Ph.D from Laval University (Quebec, Canada) in Information Systems. My fields of interest are overall the impact of technology on performance: thus I study adoption of social media, e-reputation, business model development, and strategic alignment of technology. I focus mainly on SMEs following quantitative approaches.
